Returns
We accept returns for purchases within 7 days under the following conditions:

• Incorrect item(s) received due to our mix-up.
• Defective item(s), provided you send a snapshot of the damaged or tampered packaging with the airway bill as proof. This helps us claim compensation from the freight company on your behalf.

Refunds

• We will fully refund the price of any items that meet the above criteria.
• However, freight costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
• Important: If the item(s) are undelivered/unclaimed and returned to us, the customer is responsible for the freight and handling costs to redeliver the items.

In any case, the value of refund will be restricted to the price of the said returned item(s) as quoted in our online store. We  will not be responsible for any charge/fee as imposed by the banks on the refund remitted to you.

We reserves the right to deny a return/refund if the item(s) does not meet the abovesaid return policy requirements or on such grounds it deems reasonable to decline the said return/refund.
